I can't believe she double booked you, how unprofessional! I can't believe this lady stays in business letting down that many people at a time. Carol was a good customer letting her know exactly what she wanted with a solid,advance booking a time and staying within her promises. That's the kind of customer you want. It's bad business to cater to somebody who has a flakey plan,not sure what's going on, and messing up the restaurant's schedule over an organized person. They need some solid guidelines and stick by them like a real restaurant.
This person needs to go to one of the chain restaurants and get a copy of thier large party protocol if she wants to be around for very long. I'm glad y'all had a good time despite this and missed me of course! LOL! PJ
